I dip every coral that goes in my larger display tank. My question is can I dip an anemone. I have 4 bubble tips, 2 tube, 1 mini maxi, and 3 rock anemones. I recently noticed a few flatworms in the tank. My first instinct was to add a small wrasse. but figured my lightning maroons would kill it (the female is a real J/A lol). Also I was planning on reaquascaping the tank, but want to use a couple pieces of rock that are in there. Does anyone have any experience with dipping and anemones?

Anemones aren't coral so you shouldn't be dipping them as I believe most can harm the anemone. However, I do know that Seachem's Reef Dip says it can be used on anemones (read the label at LFS before) but that probably wouldn't help with flatworms.
