Director won’t connect

trying to log into myAI haven’t done it In awhile. WiFi In my house is working well but the director won’t stay on it. When I get to this page the light turns green but it won’t refresh. What do I do guys? I just want to control this beautiful 600 dollar light.

So I can get logged into my AI on my phone now but my computer won’t let me go into the director to control it.
