Hi so on Tuesday the 27 I added two captive bred yellow watchman gobies to my tank. Its a 55 gallon and is almost four months old and has two clownfish and two peppermint shrimp. About ten minutes after I added them they disappeared and I haven't seen any sign of them since. Is this normal I feel like I am worried about nothing but idk. Anyway thank you.

I wouldn’t worry about them as long as you don’t see a spike in ammonia. Assuming there wasn’t a bad acclimation, there’s no reason why they wouldn’t be doing well. It’s only been two days and gobies have been fine after disappearing for weeks, so I really wouldn’t worry. I’ve had my goby not show up for a couple days many times, but he’s always fine.

Normal, they like to hide. youll see them in the middle of the night while the rest of fish are sleeping.

Okay thank you, I know it was probably to early to worry but I sometimes don't have the best luck with fish all though most of that was because of my own ignorance when starting out in the saltwater hobby.

True hiders and in a couple of days will suddenly come out for food. I assume you have a cover of some sort on the tank ?
