Recently set up my old AP700 light but thee @Kessil app refused to connect to the light, ended up contacting customer support to see if they could help me troubleshoot it. Went through all the steps and nothing they suggested seemed to work. Finally they suggested trying to up date the firmware on the light. Well, I was unable to find the USB cord that came with they light and (annoyingly) no where in any of their manuals or product info does it list what kind of cable it is. I ask the support person what type of cable it is, they just offer to send me the cable for free......Well the first one gets lost in the mail, ok it happens no big deal. They send out a second cable, this one gets here but its the wrong cable, let them know and they apologize for sending out the wrong one and they'll send out the right one first thing in the morning. That cable got here today and it was the wrong cable again -__- I appreciate that they offered to send me the cable for free but after three tries, I think I will just buy it from Amazon. So as of now I have a fancy light that I can't really use because it wont connect to the app and that I can't update because Kessil managed to send me the wrong cable twice (probably three times but that one is lost in the mail) Oh well
