Disappointing customer service

The impeller to one of my WAV pumps became defective so I called Neptune if I can pick up a replacement impeller and confirmed that someone would be in the office until 5p. I rush out of work and drive 35 miles and over an hour through traffic and when I arrive at 4.55p, the tech said that no one there would be able to help me. He called his manager and same result. To say that I was pretty disappointed is an understatement.

All resolved. Their manager called to apologize and explained that this was a misunderstanding and offered to ship the part. Great follow through after the initial experience left a bitter taste. Thanks NeptuneSys!
