I've been having some issues with my atlantik v2.1 so I reached out to Orphek about the problem. I was informed from Scott Rich at Orphek that there is, what they call a 3 hour bug.

Scott responded by saying that there's a "3hr bug" in the software that causes issues for any ramp up that takes over 3 hours. He suggested that it doesn't affect ramp up times of less than 3 hours or schedules that do not use a ramp up. He also suggested that longer ramp ups could be broken into shorter time periods in order to avoid the bug.
[end of summary]
After doing some research, I found that this bug has existed for some time, and the company has done nothing to fix this bug. Its very hard to swallow the idea that a company can sell a light for $900 with a bug and have no intentions to fix it. This would not happen with Ecotech or AquaIlluminations. I asked Scott in a follow up email and he never responded.
I must say that the Atlantik series lights are incredibly nice and offer spread unlike any other LED. But its very disheartening that they won't fix this.
