Can anyone help me identify this strange discoloration on my davinci clown's nasal area? Maybe I'm just crazy and that's normal?

He's swimming, eating, breathing fine. He's in my 120gallon tank solo with some Turbo Snails (as other fish are in QT) that's been cycled for about 7months now. I quarantined him for 30d total with no issues, including with 2 weeks of copper treatment. Had him in this tank for about 5 weeks no issues...and now this?

Tank parameters:
Ammonia = 0ppm
Nitrite = 0ppm
Nitrate = 5ppm
Salinity = 1.024
pH = 8.0

Will get phosphate and all reading shortly. Might be worth mentioning that I've been blowing / sifting sand around to deal with floor algae while my lawn mower blenny is in QT. Thanks everyone!

Got some screenshots from the video to help explain what I am talking about. Hopefully I am just being paranoid...
