I’ve had this black leopard wrasse for a month now. He was eating pellets and frozen from day 1 which I’m thankful for. He had some translucent looking markings near his tail and I am unsure if they are just damage or if they’re possibly flukes. He eats like a pig and displays no symptoms of any illness. Pic attached

Leopard wrasses are prone to coming in with flukes and internal parasites. They can do well for a month or so then decline quickly so a careful eye will be necessary. A fresh water dip will quickly let you know, or a preventive treatment of prazi pro wouldn't hurt. Pics are hard to tell and you usually can't see flukes, it becomes deadly when they effect the gills.

I’ve been concerned with fw dips killing the fish from some stuff I’ve read if they’re already stressed. He doesn’t seem to he though. Should i give it a shot?

Yeah, your "black leopard wrasse" isn't. This is Halichoeres marginatus - Dusky wrasse. Different genus.

I can't see anything in that picture, but if it were flukes it would be more likely to find them in/around the gills, as opposed to the tail.
