Discolored area on clownfish

My wife sent the below pics and YouTube link.

clownfish has a discolored area on right side of head. She noticed it today. Tank parameters (tested yesterday)

SG: 1.026
Temp: 77.8
Phosphate: .18
Nitrates: 20
ALK: 9
Magnesium: 1420
Calcium: 420

she reports fish is eating and otherwise acting normally. Any ideas?

hard to see in pics but ive seen blemishes as you describe before and believe its bacterial.
is fish eating and breathing normal?
Your phosphate is high but irrelevant to this issue ( phos best @.06 -.1).
You can start with ruby Rally pro which is reef safe as clown should respond well to it

I can see the dark discoloration, but the pics aren’t super clear. That isn’t a symptom of any of the common diseases. Could the fish have gotten bruised somehow? If the skin itself isn’t affected, if it is deeper, like a bruise, treatments in the water won’t have any effect on it.
