Hi, this clownfish has been sort of bullied by my other clownfish while they sort out who’s female. I noticed some discolouration. Is this a disease or parasite?

That discolouration looks to me like the juvenile is maturing to a male. Some colours of clown are slightly more brown as juveniles and as they age they get blacker.

Maybe. My orange clownfish is around the same size but like 10x more dominant so that may be the female

I'm not sure that I see any disease there. It does look like the fish has been getting beat up. Is it eating okay?
