Discosoma not opening.

Hello, this is a discosoma mushroom I fragged 5 weeks ago, it has not opened fully and I am starting to get worried, anyone know the cause of this? It’s supposed to be 1.5 inches wide but it is about the size of a nickel right now.

How’s the flow? Mine close up when flow is too high. Assuming your parameters are solid
