Light or flow related? Any ideas? Unfortunately it was right around when I got my ai prime that I also changed up the flow in my tank. So I don’t know what the true cause for the change in behavior. Any experience with this? Thanks!

99% of the time id say this is shrooms stretching looking for more light and probably the case here.
There are acceptances to that rule where shrooms prefer to be just out of high intensity and would rather go looking for more light as opposed to being blasted with it.
My Ric yuma likes to stretch and cup a little bit. Not sure why

They are stretching for light , try increasing your light intensity or move the rock but make sure not to burn them with too much light !!!

Is this bad for them? I have some that are trying to cope with a toadstool starting to grow over them and are doing this. They look heathy at least.

in my experience the stretching isn't bad , but it would be definitely bad if they get fully covered and have no access to light .
