Disease ID Help!

Could anyone help me identify what’s going on with my clown? This white spots and cloudy eye developed over night. Checked my parameters and they were all fine except PH which was very low. I dosed some Marine Buffer to bring it back up. Trying to figure out what my next steps are. Thanks in advance for the help!

WellI lost him Moved him to a QT tank to treat for a fungal/bacterial infection with Kanaplex and he died over night.
