Very hard to tell with white fish under white lights but trying to freeze frame by frame, and may be brooklynella. Some symptoms will be the amount of slime on its body. The thick mucus on its body is a second sign which is noticeable on the fish. This mucus generally starts at the facial area as well as gills and spreads across the body producing lesions as it progresses often confused with ich and can turn into secondary bacteria. Other symptoms will be lethargic behavior, refusing to eat and heavy breathing from the mucus.

The blenny is still alive and acting normal and eating
Also it probably is not velvet considering she lasted 1 week after she started to get sick and doesn’t velvet kill fast
But what about the disease that killed my other fish won’t it get it too? And also how long till it is safe too add more fish?
No - you do need to let things settle down in that tank. I’m not sure if the clowns died from the same issue as the fire fish. I would set up a quarantine tank - you can use that for new fish and you could even move the blenny over and treat it there as well….either way, I would wait at least six weeks to ensure something isn’t still going on in there.
What would Treat the Blenny with?
I would run it through the standard 30 days coppersafe and two weeks praziquantel or 35 days of hyposalinity .
