I'm thinking bacterial infection but just wanted a second opinion. These spots are large raised welts similar to what I see with Uronema but not quite a sore yet.

Hi, Hey Yo - and welcome to Reef2Reef.

Looks to be likely bacterial to me as well, and likely the kind you want to get right on top of. The combination of Metroplex, Kanaplex and Furan-2 is a good broad-spectrum antibiotic treatment which, if continued for a minimum of ten days, will take out most bacterial issues. Some of these things can move fast . . .

Would welcome any input from @melypr1985, @Humblefish, @ngoodermuth, @4FordFamily . . .

Uronema is quite rare with fish other than damsels, i also believe it looks more like bacterial infection. You can dose metroplex and kanaplex. If uronema was there metroplex will help in that too, so its a win win.
Make sure to run the antibiotics for full coarse (10 -14 days) and dont stop it short.
Best of luck

I agree with everything that's been said thus far as well, for what it's worth! :)
