Hello everyone i lost this beauty today due to some type of bacterial disease which completely destroy the fish mouth, any input would be helpful , im not trying to lose anymore fish . I added a powder brown and a scopas tang over the lapse over the weekend, a day later lost my coral beauty(no disease show , without any symptoms) and today my sailfin tang.

Sorry for your loss.
Did you look into the mouth of the tang? There is an isopod that attaches itself inside the mouth and feeds upon the fish. A real nasty critter.

Tbh no i didnt want to pick on it bu i saw a darker color inside the mouth for a quick second i kinda thought of a parasite and since the fish mouth was completely destroyed i decide to euthanize it to stop the sufering and to avoid any dispersion in case it died inside the tank.
