So this is my Midas blenny that I brought in a few days ago. He originally found a rock to hide in, but one night I found him in this corner. He’s been eating decent and he doesn’t seem to be breathing hard.

Nitrate is 10 ppm. Tank mates are: 2 clowns, flame hawk, and melanurus. No visual signs of anyone fighting. He does have some white spots that are seen in the pictures. I had assumed ICH or Flukes. Any help and advice is appreciated.

Can you take some different pictures under white light, the blue makes it difficult to see details. It’s belly is a bit sunken, what foods have you been feeding it?

I’ve fed pe mysis, Hikari pellets, and reef frenzy. It actually went back into a hole so I’m not able to get a good picture. It’s been eating, but not as ferociously as the other fish. There’s plenty of food to go around, but it just seems shy to grab anything after it gets a few pieces. I have a feeder that feeds pellets 3 times a day and I feed either of the frozen about 5 times per week.

Well, all I can really advise is to feed it more, multiple times a day, and if you don't have invertebrates in the tank, you might consider running a course of API's General Cure to help with possibl einternal parasites.

Today he’s been out and seems great. Belly is much more filled. Thank you for responding.
