That does not look like normal post-mortem changes.

With a freshly dead fish, giving it a 5 minute freshwater dip, and then looking through the settled water can sometimes show you if it had flukes, but you might need a hand lens or a microscope.

Agree, hard to tell on a dead fish but suspects as Jay stated are flukes but can also be bite marks before or after death
