Hello goodnight. I'm having problems with my fish. The fish are having spasms and itching. Only one fish started scratching itself and went on to catch the others. I recently had an entire tank treated for ich. Here are some photos of fish that show a visible sign.

Welcome to Reef2Reef!

Are you certain that the ich disease has cleared up?
Have any fish died recently?
Are the fish all still eating?
Can you post a video of them scratching?

My first thought is the fish may have flukes, external worms.

Agree on external worms as mass is shown on tail of yellow tang which may be mucus cones but the face of PBT is questionable.

Powder blue shows a couple of spots and may be skin irritation. Additionally, the ark looks nice but these fish need much more hiding area and i realize you have a divider in tank separating the fish but this small space may be imposing stress , hence the markings on them.

the fish are apparently fine, fat and so on. But I wanted to solve this problem soon. Is it not a badly cured ich?
I do not see anything alarming in the videos - I do not think that the white spots are ich.
Treating the fish with praziquantel for flukes would be a good idea if you have not done that yet.

can i then use prazipro in the feed?
Not the food but applied to the tank water itself. To be safe , dose at 85% of recommended and apply initial dosage known as an interval for 8 days, do a water change and do one more 8 day dose interval
Use airstone with prazi as it does reduce both oxygen and appetite

Here are some photos I took this afternoon. The fish are fine but with some strange behavior, sometimes lightly scraping the substrate.

Not Prazipro, but you can dose praziquantel powder in food - we have some files on how to do it in the sticky section at the top of the fish disease forum here.
