Disease or Aggression Spots on Spotted Puffer?

Hey Everyone, We noticed these areas on both sides of our spotted puffer the last couple days.

I am having a hard time telling if it is from aggression from one of the others (Maroon clown and Lyretail Anthia) or possibly something worse than that? He still eats really well and isn’t hiding or acting any differently.

Sorry for so many photos, wanted to show as best as possible. We do have other tanks we can move him to if it is aggression spots or if he needs to be treated for something else.
