Disease or battle wound?

My royal gramma is in my tank with a pair of clowns. Early this week it looked as if had a bite mark or a lesion. Now it has grown and developed a hole right through his body. How should I treat this when I try to catch him to put him in my QT.

Disease. QT him!

Either way the fish should be treated with both anti fungal and parasite meds in the qt. It could be a wound but the fish is susceptible to disease now.
