Want to see what everyone’s thoughts are. I think him and my purple tang aren’t getting along

Hard to say but I had a young hippo once that managed to squeeze through tiny holes in the rock structure. He always got out but ended up with scars where he was cut and scraped by the rock. Does yours do that?

Definitely a bacterial infection. May have been an initial injury.

Recommend 90 min bath in acriflavine and then move to a QT and treat with Metroplex, Kanaplex, and Furan-2 or NFG if you have that on hand.
