Disease or coral burns?

Am I in trouble here or did the clown just get too friendly with a coral? Noticed it while feeding and he still ate like a pig. No other marks on other fish.

Looks like coral burns to me, but I would certainly keep an eye on him/her. If at anytime it stops eating or acting lethargic, then I would look further.

Thanks, I'll keep an eye on it and look for signs in other fish as well!
