Disease or coral stings

My percula in my nano is developing black spots that don't look like a disease I've seen before. I've read about spots from coral stings, but would appreciate confirmation from an experienced reefer. I only have blastos, zoas, green star polyps, and a neon green mushroom.

Looks like stings from either:
Anemone
Coral such as euphyllia
Hydroids

keep an eye on it.

I thought black spots on clowns was a common thing they get. Can't remember the name of the top of my head.... But they don't bother the fish at all.
Edit; Found this:

It is quite common for Clown fish to present with black spots (hypermelinization) after exposure to corals that the Clown does not normally reside in. To build up the mucous layer on the surface of the skin the Clown must repeatedly expose the surface to coral or anemone.

Is it trying to host a Coral?
