Redlip blennie has a very swollen eye. He scraps fairly regularly with a smaller Tomini tang, who has recently begun fighting back more. I am also battling ich and dinos, so idk if this is some sort of infection or a scalpel swipe to the face.

Noticed yesterday, happened in the last 48 hours.

If it is only one eye, at least ime, it is usually an injury of some sort. If it were an infection, it would most likely affect both eyes. The blenny doesnt appear to have an outbreak of ich at the moment so it probably isn't that either. I would keep an eye on him and maybe separate them if needed. If in the event he loses the eye or other concerns arise, you can always treat him with an antibiotic and keep him in a QT to keep a better eye on him.

Good luck! Hope everything works out!

+1^ You feed kanaplex + focus to help eliminate any bacterial infection.
