disease or just physical scrape from aquascape?

I can't tell if this is some kind of disease or just the fish got banged up on the aquascape. It's not red in color, more of a gray/silver. FIsh is eating just fine. Any ideas?

How long you had the little guy and when did you notice it. May be uronema ( not sure spelling right) but it would be more red.

i've had him out of qt for about 2-3 weeks now. noticed it about 2-3 days ago.
