Disease or Sting? Bicolor Blenny

I’m hoping this isn’t anything serious but I lack the experience to know for sure. It appears to be a bit swollen when i look at it from the front. Any advice is much appreciated.

Looks like it may be post injury which you just need to keep an eye on it.
You can add Melafix to the tank to aid with healing and bacteria potential but not necessary
Saltwater fish have the gift for fast and natural healing
Can you take a frontal shot under the same light?
