These are secondary bacterial lesions likely associated with brooklynella disease and will require treatment generally with formalin based treatment which is impossible to find so you can use ruby rally pro which will work but take a couple of days to start working
 
Only the clowns seem to have this, my firefish goby is completely fine. But at least the clowns are still eating

Can you post a clear video? That's how I tell Brooklynella from Velvet, the latter causes more rapid breathing.

What is the history for this fish? It looks like a larger, wild caught true percula .... if so, those are really prone to Brooklynella when you first get them.
