Diseased and dying fish

Hey guys and gals I need some help! In the past month I have had 2 fish die and one currently in bad shape. At first I thought it might be ich and I have treated for it now for 2 weeks. I will upload pictures of the fish maybe someone knows what it is. I will aslo upload the pictures of the medicines I’m using. Currently have the one fish doing badly in qt tank and I don’t beleive she will survive. Any advice will be greatly appreciated!

Probably ick. I have no faith in those reef safe meds (although I have actually heard semi good things about the ruby reef stuff). The answer here is to get your fish in a qt tank with some copper meds
