Disgusting over flows

So I've noticed a bunch of crap deposits in my over flows.. One has a bunch of gook in it, and the other has a bunch of aiptasia in it. Weird cause i cannot see any aiptasia in my tank at all.

can i just vacuum all that crap out ?
