Disinfect bleach:water radio

Hi all,

I posted this question in a different forum but got no answer; I hope you can help me...

I used some equipment for a temporary QT (Inverts) and I would like to re-use it.

What is the correct bleach:water ratio to disinfect a tank and equipment (filter, heater, thermometer, etc.)?

I have read multiple numbers and I am just confuse (i.e. a cup or half a cup per gallon, a teaspoon per gallon or 10%, etc.).
