Based on the active ingredients listed, it is safe to use. Provided you rinse thoroughly afterwards.

However, bleach would probably be more effective against encysted parasite tomonts (still on the glass, equipment, etc.) than ammonium chloride + Tributyltin oxide.

You use bleach for net dips and full cleaning.i just don't want some silly thing to pass something on. Later on down the road.
