Dislike sps

In perfected health until I rearranged it

Is any Reefers have this issue?

You will have to be more specific than that.

What do you mean rearrange? Like you just moved stuff around? Did you kick up your sand bed? Are your corals no longer getting the light they need because of the rearrangement?

It was at the bottom of tank until I moved up to the top nothing else is changed
8 frags moves up to the top about 5inch aparts
One turn white overnight

Sps are awesome just require more consistency to keep them happy any sudden changes might cause them to RTN/STN for no apparent reason even the best sps farmers get RTN/STN which is rapid/slow tissue necrosis.

When you make lighting changes to corals it needs to be done gradually. Chances are you went from low par to high par to fast and the corals don't like it.

I just reduced the lights to 40% 12”
It was at 60% under Kessil ap700 ~26”

You shouldn't have any issues growing sps under a Kessil ap700. I know I don't how far off the waters surface do you have the light?

Right now ~12” between light lens to the top of sps @40% some sps ~18” from the light

That seems way to close to me. My Radions are 10" from the top of the water than another 9-10 below that is my first Acro.
More than likely you Bleached it due to shock of the light and killed it. Try making small movements 1" at a time when moving it up, or turning your lights down and acclimating the coral to the higher light by turning it up 1-2% every week.

I would raise the light for better spread and bump up the intensity a little. Going from the bottom of a tank to the top without transitioning doesn't usually work well.
