Hard to say for sure.

Have you seen any aggresion? Were the fish properly QTd?

It is likely one of three things from what I can see. Aggression damage, injury from a rock or coral, or the start of a bacterial infection.

No qt , it looks like a ulceration , no aggresion , one question in case there's a bacterial problem can this fish contagious the others ???

Depends on the type of infection. You need to keep an eye on it. I can't say for sure it's an infection yet. Possible it's the start of one.
