Hello any ideas what is this and how to treat it looks like a bruise or something

Hard to say for sure.

Have you seen any aggresion? Were the fish properly QTd?

It is likely one of three things from what I can see. Aggression damage, injury from a rock or coral, or the start of a bacterial infection.

No qt , it looks like a ulceration , no aggresion , one question in case there's a bacterial problem can this fish contagious the others ???
