Display Macro Algae

There's still a good assortment of fish that can go in.

Generally stay away from your algae eaters :)
Angels, tangs, rabbit fish, etc

In my tanks I keep clownfish, seahorse, dottyback, multiple types of gobies, scooter blennies, lots of inverts like starfish and a full assortment of shrimp (cleaner, fire, peppermint, camel)

Wow.im setting up a 125 gal as my first salt water tank. This is a whole diff concept.
Are there fish that can go in a tank That features macro algae as well as softies?
This site is great. I have learned so much in few months.
Tangs sooner or later they eat up all your pretty macros. You can always keep macros in your sump like I do. Angelsfish will also developed a tastes for macros
There's also tons of other fish that won't eat macros. Clownfish, wrasses, and a few others that can be kept with macros. Also, crabs will eat your macros

I will be back to you as a buyer for sure and if your willing with questions.
Need to buy ro/di and reef salt and am ready to start the cycle. Need to move 125 gallons of cichlids to other tanks also. No small chore.

Personally the macro concept tank is all about plants and inverts for me. I sometimes overlook the presence of my fish all together.

Instead I stare at my inverts :)

Like this little guy that I found in a store as a hitch hiker. Originally about the size of a dime and now well over half dollar sized

Do you need to "feed"anything special?
Do you also run the normal sump with skimmer?
Snails?
Sorry but I am intrigued with this.

I run no skimmer. I run only a fluval along with an additional HOB Refugium for more algae.

Lots of snails (mostly cerith, Nerite, nassarius)

As far as feeding goes. I significantly over feed to maintain enough nitrates and phosphate for the plants. Otherwise they would die off. Sounds weird but to keep macro, you need the nitrates. For me it's a constant battle to maintain my nitrates cause the plants do a great job reducing them...

Me personally. I like the corals and plants also but i would stay away from clownfish or any damsel species they get to aggressive and teritorial everyone i know loves wrasses anthias and chromis or any kind of schooling fish

I'd be interesting in some dragon breath and blue scroll when you ahve more! (I need small pieces for nano tank). Do you also happen to have coceopods in your tank?

Blue scroll can be trimmed at any time. Dragons breath unfortunately won't be coming from me anytime soon though.. Colony has been doing poorly over past couple months

Just joined and saw this post. What do you currently have available? Getting ready to start up another tank and have been looking for a bunch of different macros for the display and sump.

At the moment I could trim

Blue scroll, green codium, red bush, red Palm, red fern, couple Caulerpas

Sure I'm missing a few... If there's something that you wanted just let me know and I'll see if I can trim it

I'm interested in the Blue Scroll, green codium, red bush, red palm and red fern.

Anything else blue, purple or yellow available?

All I can say is WOW. Shipment arrived today. Great packaging and labeling. Fantastic macros.

Hopefully you will have some more within the next two months.

Not high enough... Honestly havnt tested it in a long time. When I was testing, it never really went above 10-15ppm. I generally over feed significantly just to ensure there is enough for all the macro
