So had my tank for around 5 months. 6 fish, hermits and snails, Sps and zoanthids in 80gal DT.
2 RBTA , snails and hermits, macro algaes, red mangroves in 29gal Display refugium

20gal sump

From the start ive had the light schedule as follows..

DT- LEDs on from 11am -11pm 2 hr ramp with mostely actinics on the ramp.

Fuge- leds and a small cfl on the mangroves, on from 6pm-3am.

I as trying to take advantage of a somewhat reverse light schedule to help with potential ph fluctuations.

Id like to put a couple clowns in the fuge and i am worried about it not being dark enough under the stand(even with the cover over the front). I'd also like to be able to feed both tanks morning and night.

My question is, is it worth having a reverse light schedule? Does is really keep the ph that much more stable? And does that amount of stability in ph really help things alot?

I am also lightly dosing kalk with my Tunze ATO. It seems to come on every hour or so. If that makes a difference..

Thanks for your help.
