Distilled Water

I have a waterwise distiller and was wondering if I could use it for water top offs instead or R/O water. I fill it with water that goes through my refrigerator filter as well. Anyone familiar with these and know if this is safe? My salinity is testing a little over .026 and was thinking of taking some water out to bring it down a little and adding the distilled water.

These are the steam distillers, correct? If so, it should be fine.
