DIY 2-part question for Randy or others

I have switched to your 2-part recipe 1 back in October with great success and its saving me a ton of money on my 2-part since I am dosing 75ml a day on my 50 gallon cube SPS system right now. It's starting to look like I am going to have to up my dose again here soon as everything is growing so quickly right now. My question is can I make the solution 2x the concentrate in part a and b so that I do not have to keep feeling my 1500ml dosing containers every 2 weeks? If so I am assuming that I just double the amount per 1 gallon and it's going to be harder to mix. Has anyone done this successfully? Thanks for all your help.

No, you certainly can't double it....it's a solubility issue. I'd suggest getting larger dosing containers. I use one gallon cereal containers that I picked up at Walmart.

I was afraid of that and its why I asked. Thank you for confirming.

Another option is to put Kalk in your ATO and then supplement with the two part. You can pick up pickling lime (Mrs. Wages) at Walmart and start with 1 tsp per gallon.

I have some I don't like the idea of adding it to my ato and my 4 dosing pumps are all used lol. Looks like it's time for me to DIY some custom dosing containers out of acrylic.
