DIY dosing phosphate and nitrate

What DIY products are guys using to increase phosphate and nitrate? My phosphate and nitrate are zero and I can’t seem to increase it. Thx

I have not used it but have heard people buy nitrate and phosphate on loud wolf. I’m too lazy and bought mine from Fish of Hex

Food grade sodium nitrate and sodium phosphate are inexpensive and a good choice.
