I just use 1/2 pvc pipe put a T just above water level drill holes in added pipe after t and then run wires threw pipe to hide them

Mine is zip tied to a piece of plumbing in the sump. [emoji106]

Here's mine. Just a small piece of acrylic bent using a heat gun or hair dryer.
