Would this seafood medley work as part of a diy food? It says the clams and muscles are pre cooked as well
As containing citric acid and sodium citrate.

I always pass on precooked and anything with anything other than seafood. There's really no reason for the other ingredients other than to prolong life, which would also mean degrade nutrients. Fish in the wild don't eat cooked food, and cooked food would deplete vital nutrients for pet fish.

I purchased some cooked mussels I did not know that they were pre cooked. When people eat cooked food it helps release the nutrients for us. I read somewhere that its the opposite for fish. I am not going to throw the mussels away but wanted to ask if they are not beneficial to the aqaurium fish.
