Diy frozen food?

I'm looking to make my own frozen food and i want to see what you guys recommend i put in it.
What's in my tank
Clowns
Tailspot blenny
Watchmen goby
Hermits
For corals i have
Aussie lords
Favia
Zoas
Pavona
Hammer
Mushrooms
Leptastrea
Leptoseris.
Any recommendations and tips are very appreciated

My recipe, this is all fresh (maybe a little bit of frozen) seafood from the Asian supermarket

Clams, mussels, shrimp, squid, octopus, salmon, scallops, and seaweed.

Recently I have ditched the additives like garlic, selcon, and Zoe but I have started adding a little bit of reef roids.

Blend it all up with a little bit of rodi water, put a small amount into a few ziploc bags, flatten, and freeze!

You can definitely add other types of seafood, but that's just what I usually end up getting. If my wife wants to eat some oysters or fish or something I'll steal a little bit of it for the fish
