DIY fuge sump

ok guys and gals starting a 40 gallon fuge sump. Any advice, ideas, wish i would of.
I only want to do this once thanks in advance

I am using an old 75 Gallon acrylic tank for my sump. After putting it in I realized the flexibility of using acrylic. Holes, brackets, supports, etc can be added almost anywhere with ease. Using acrylic Weld-On solvent is so simple and sets up so fast it makes life easy.
