I am currently in the process of creating a 10 gallon fuge for my 29 gallon. I have been looking around for examples and i came up with this. I plan on putting cheato in the fuge area, with the current layout will it be moving too much? Thanks

I think you'll be fine. Here's my 10gal sump/fuge I had on my 20gal.

I just used the glass that can be found and cut at lowes. Also used 1/2" space between baffles.

Thanks for the input. Is the glass from Lowes thick enough? If so what type did you buy?

I used the glass sells as well and it help up great for a 20L sump and 20H sump. They sell a glass cuter their or they cut it. Its 1/4" thick, just sand the edges. I didn't on one and I knicked myself alot haha

The sump is still running a year later with no issues. It is plenty thick enough. If you set the baffles as you have in the picture then the glass is only there to seperate the section they will have equal pressure on both sides. in my sump I had the baffles an inch lower in each section so they were actually holding back water and still had no issue. Oh yeah and they cost about $6 if I remember correctly. But I did have to sand the edges a bit that took me about 5 min.
