DIY Heat pack for shipping recipe, there is?

Hi, i was looking to do some heat pack for shipping. I have seen that they can be done with CACl2 or with zinc powder and copper sulfate. Any idea on what will have the longest lasting effect ? Zinc is actually quite expensive so i would roule it out. Any better/other way to do them?

I have CACl2 readily available and i will try, but after searching a bit on google i've seen that it does not heat up a lot and i have no idea on lasting effect.

Thanks, but i found it, i am trying in the week end to see a good ratio and see how long it will last and if it is usable. I am waiting on the bags for the vacuum sealer.
