DIY LED and Safety: Ground Heatsink?

Hello guys,
do I need to ground my conductive aluminum heatsink?
The 10W power LEDs are connected in series and are directly mounted on the heatsink.
I use a constant current driver (Meanwell LPC 1050) with a rating of 1050mA constant current and max 96V DC. The driver itself does not have a grounding wire.
So if a cable breaks and touches the metal heatsink and someone touches it. Could he get a deadly shock?

In a word. No.

Been building them for years and never grounded a heat sink because it's not necessary.

if everything is wired and soldered properly there should be no issue.

But what if a cable somehow comes in contact with the heatsink ( for example cracks in insulation due to age or UV radiation) and somebody touches it.

All depends on your LED driving voltages. Under 48V is generally considered safe.
