Make sure there is no metal in the ball valves like a shaft or the screws if they are exposed to the water in any way. if there is it won't last long in saltwater.

yes, of course. there is no metal at all. Full plastics even for the screw. that's why i want to try it in my tank I hope it last foerever So everyone can apply this thing too in they tanks.
