Well I'm on a budget so I made my reflectors . They will most likely never be seen due to the canopy full concealment . We made the reflector out of aluminum siding used for enclosed trailers. It is white , I have read many articles on how white reflectors due a good job versus polished. There will be 3 175w halides and 2 AI sols for actinic.
Here's some pics of build.
What is happening here is I'm upgrading from a 75 to a 125. And I've built a custom stand.

This tank will be a fully self sustained system when completed. There is a fully dedicated 5 stage BRS water filter feeding a 30 gal garbage can that is in a cabinet on the side. There will be another cabinet on the right side for all electronics , ballast, switch boards , . But my prized secret is the custom drain that has a water hose fitting on it , so come water change time I just run the water hose from tank to driveway . No more carrying buckets.

All plumbing is super simple, using the 3 drain system, can't remember the specific name, .
There are 4 return lines 2 up top , 2 in the rock piles with splitters for maximum flow , 4 powerheads,

Nice creative way to make use of available materials on the reflector.
Must have access to a metal brake.

Nice work, but one word of advice switch out the garbage can with a food grade storage container. Garbage cans will leach phosphate in to the water.

I've been using my brute cans for 20+ years and never had a problem.

A brute trash can is what it is. My family owns a cabinet shop so wood working is a speciality of ours . I will update the build progress as I go . Here is a pic of the 75.

Everything comes out and the 75 gets sold. It has tunze osmolator topoff. Vertex skimmer. 2 phosban reactors. With the new system I want dosing pumps. And a reef keeper.
