Diy ozone air dryer resin question

Not sure if this should go here or the diy section, more of a chemistry question. I have several old di cartridges laying around from my ro filter. I am curious if I can discard the resin and fill the cartridge with damp rid to use it with an ozone generator. Looking at the damp rid package it doesn't appear to contain and perfume or fragrance

I would fill those di canisters with regular desiccant. These are even rechargeable.

I didn't realize this could be purchased, looks like there are some that can recharge in a microwave oven.

Unscented damp rid (mostly calcium chloride) is fine, but may liquify if it is humid enough.
