I based this off the reef glass skimmer/mame nano skimmer. If you guys are interested, I can walk you through how I made it. Took me about 1 hour and under $20.
The bubbles only pop out if the skimmer is almost completely submerged. I saw the reef glass video and it seemed like 1/3 of the skimmer was out of the water and the bubbles were still reaching the plug/waste valve. I tried using both fresh and salt water.
do you guys know what the problem might be? airpump not strong enough? or because i don't have a limewood airstone (purchasing soon, didn't have one on hand and just used a normal airstone).
